- Unleash your Data
- Report data in MacPOSX can easily be
exchanged and viewed on remote Macs not hosting the original
database. The reports do not need the databases present to view or
print them. When you are away from your business, have your
employees email you the reports you need. See the daily sales
transaction journal, stock on hand or a low-stock report.
-
- Open and view any saved report
in MacPOSX on your laptop at home, another office or anywhere your
Mac happens to be. Save the report as a file and
then open, view and print the report later.
-
- You can quickly export a file in text
format to share with other programs too. Use the information to
prepare a departmental report in AppleWorks, Excel or many other
applications.
-
- Customize the Reports
- In addition to the built-in reports, easily create your own custom reports for viewing on screen and
print. For the item and contact databases, you can add your own
custom fields to a report. Rearrange the data, sort, add or delete
information on your reports.
