If you are contacting us to report a problem, please provide us with the following :

  • A detailed description of your problem and the steps to reproduce it
  • The version of MacPOS installed can be found in the About MacPOS menu.
  • The version of Mac OS X that is installed, ie. OS X 10.6 ... 10.7
  • The type of Mac you are using
  • Phone support is available for those customers with a support contract or it can be purchased on a per incident basis. If your business requires training, we would be happy to provide you with an online training program to fit your needs.

    Email and internet support is free of charge.

    Access to MacPOS online help, program updates, training videos and documentation is available from the MacPOS Help menu.
